Report Potential Fraud to the Canadian Authorities
I'm not based in Canada myself, but would it be worth anyone based in the country reporting the Kickstarter to the Canadian authorities as a case of potential fraud? The kickstarter did collect $1.2 million Canadian dollars, so it's not a minor issue.

Make sure everyone reports to the IC3 as well (ic3.gov) as the anti fraud centre, regardless of whether you live in Canada or USA. The IC3 being the USA equivalent of Canada's anti fraud centre might investigate if they get enough complaints. As Kickstarter is a US company, the IC3 has direct access to subpoenaing information on Soulscircuit from Kickstarter.
Just filed an official report with the RCMP. Hoping as a Canadian Citizen living in the US will help, at least help us gain a little traction with them…
Good job. Stick it to them.
Make sure to send fraud reports to abuse@namecheap.com. This is the company they purchased their website domain name from, and possibly their website host too.
Probably worth mentioning they might be pretending to be from Canada when they're actually in Thailand
I am Thai and would like to help if you got any info I can help report or snoop around lmk
I've gone through the reporting form (but didn't submit), and it allows people not based in Canada to file reports with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). This might be an avenue worth exploring if we can gather more relevant information to submit.
You should push submit. We all should.
